so what happened in that championship game against Brasilia Rampaging Rhino's ??!

The owner of that team had a major dumbass move and apparently signed all his players (he owned the entire team) to full season contracts (40 day) instead of contracts ending on day 40. He did the math wrong and all his player contracts ended the night before the title match. So all his players were cut and we got to play the league title match against a CPU team.

We're supposed to have a scrim with him once the season starts because that title match was a bunch of BS. We would have preferred to beat their over-leveled ass fair.

Thats actually a funny story...i agree beating them fair is better, but what a mistake!

I've actually done that before. Fortunately it was Day 1 contracts instead of 38-39. Did destroy my chem for a season, though.
