Anybody from Gold willing to bring their expertise to silver? I'm looking to fill all three coordinator positions. If you thrive on the type of game planning required to be a silver 7 winner, please PM me.

I'll be happy to set up your OAI and DAI for a few games -- especially against Crib.

You don't want their help. Seriously, 99% of coaches just screw up the AI when trying to set it. You'll do a lot better by simply using basic AI. The default defensive players are stellar, especially at the PW level.

If you don't learn to do it all yourself, you'll only have others to blame when you lose. Of course, you put them in charge so it becomes your fault anyway.

Go read the excellent information in the main forum and just try to get some wins.

Hmm, I wonder how a Baby Maker would do if someone removed their 'baby maker'?

On a serious note, good luck in your search. I think you'll find most coordinators in Gold have found it exhausting and time consuming here to be competitive. Trying to run more teams will only make the Gold team suffer. My suggestion is to look for someone to help setup a basic OAI for you and then you can learn it and tweak it yourself.

My suggestion (if you can't find a coodinator and have to do things yourself or use your existing coordinators) is to spend time focusing on your DAI.

The main PW forum has a wicked thread by Gerr on how to set up a solid defensive AI. A suffocating D will get you everywhere in Silver, and if you can get that down solid you can play around with the OAI and try different things. But knowing your D won't cost you the close games is really key.

O AI
20% I-Form Inside Runs
20% Strong I HB Slams
20% Weak I HB Slams
20% Pro Set Sweep
20% I-Form QB Sneaks

Better suggestion, watch every gold league sim from the past couple of season and mimic the one you like best
