Sorry for the dumb question...if in fact it is dumb....but how the hell can I upgrade my stadium?

I've owned a team before (not pee wee) but it was about a year ago (I took an extended hiatus from GLB).

Any help would be appreciated.

(Can pee wee stadiums be upgraded?)

I'm pretty sure Pee Wees can't be upgraded since the entire roster is dumped after the season. I could be wrong though.

cool, that's kind of what I was thinking but just wanted to make sure...nothing sucks more than not upgrading your stadium and being strapped for cash during the season.

Does the available cash reset after the season also?
