From what I've seen, keep going with Confidence to the 5th cap (if you're building for the long term), then Vision to at least the 3rd cap.

3 cap con, then cap vis, then go back and 4 cap con.

from a quick glance i would guess you stopped kicking too short

at least 74 cap conf, then you can go back to vis
