looking for players with solid builds that will be between lvl 21-22 by start of season(will consider a lvl 20 if your dot is a stud).
must boost and CE is a plus
all agents will get-
1.all lvl 24 eq will be paid for plus generous salary and bonus loot. 200 lvl of stadium will be complete during offseason(already paid for) and have plenty of cash to pay for it all
2. a GM spot to get you a nice shiny trophy for your home page
3.there is no favoritism on this team we try to get equal snaps for all
4. active ownership and coaching-myself and my headcoach are on glb constantly and all questions ,concerns,advice will be answered most of the time within minutes.
5.incentive bonuses- will give out bonus money to most active agent, agents who want to do the play by play, player of the game,ect...
6.plenty of chances to see your dot play-had 20 scrimmage games so far so you most likely will see your dot play every day!

only have 1 rule- if you are inactive for more then 7-8 days without notice you will be benched until you sign in and train so that the agents who stay active will get the playing time.

I've just uploaded the option for minor league teams to specify whether they want to jump 2 or 3 caps when promoting from the championship game. You can find it via the link on your team's profile page if you have two possible caps listed for next season, or via the team's "edit profile" tab.
Reminder on the rule: If you're a minor league team and you go to the championship game (except for lv 42/46 cap teams), you have the option of jumping up 3 caps instead of the normal 2. It is defaulted to 2, but if you want 3, you can request it there.
also applies to casual.
