originally i just created this guy for one single peewee-season only, so i didn't care that much about training. in other words: can still make a good kr/pr out of him or should i start all over?

Personally, there are not that many quality KR/PR in the leagues. Maybe 3-4 in each conference. A good KR/PR wins the battle of field position and often will get TD's. I like the start you have so far, I would continue to build it towards the KR/PR If you cant afford boosting, just continue the way you are.

Just my opinion

I agree with STLOWE97. You've done nothing stupid with your build so far. In fact, I don't know if I would change much of anything even if you would retire.
