I've made some mistakes with this build, and I'm hoping to do what I can to fix it at least somewhat during the offseason and season 14. I'm light on STR and TCK, not nearly enough to play ILB and probably not enough to play ROLB. I've got AEQ that is all wrong (Wrap Up Tackle and Shed Block)--it could probably help me as a blitzing LOLB, but I might not have enough STR for that. I just can't figure out what this guy is supposed to be.

The plan I'm following right now is to take VIS to 3rd cap while training STR/TCK, then take AGI and maybe SPD to 4th cap, before putting points into SAs. I think that's still the way to go, but I'd like other opinions. And with plenty of bonus tokens saved up, I can afford to shop for a while for better AEQ. I have enough money to replace the equipment, but I'd like to do it before I ask a team to shell out money for level 40 upgrades. So what AEQ should I be looking for as a LOLB? And is the plan I'm following a good one?

Good plan, but I'd take strength and tackling to 3rd cap before SA's.

AEQ - I don't think you have terrible pieces. Wrap Up Tackle is a decent piece, especially early on. I prefer Make Tackle % to Wrap Up Tackle, though.

Vision is fine for now. I'd say your main priority should be vision, tackling and strength if you want to be a ILB. Train stamina/confidence too or strength/tackling.

Try and get a Monster Hit in the long run. One with a force fumble % or a Make Tackle % would be good too.

You're an outside LB and you're doing fine. Jumping to the cap, vision to 68, tackling up to 61 or stay on wrap up. Shed block is an excellent piece of equipment. Strength doesn't help much at blitzing, if you run into a lineman you're not going anywhere regardless of how strong you are. Once you have those stats where they need to be then pump speed and agility up to the next cap.
