Hey guys. In the planning stages of a season 15 slow-build team. If you're interested in getting involved early, drop me a PM.
A few aspects of our team:
- Specialized builds. We will be building players at every positions in different ways. We'll have common things like receiving tight ends, but will also have the less common specialties, like the tackle breaking WR, or the short yardage possession WR.
- Activity is a must. If you aren't very active in the game, don't bother joining. You'll be dropped before creation.
- You will be responsible for keeping a thread for your player. You'll need to keep it updated with your plan as far as cap order, what cap you'll take each stat to, height and weight of your player, and VA's you intend to use. The more information, the better. The entire point of starting so early is to give everyone ideas on how to make their players better before the actual creation day. Agents will be encouraged to give advice to other agents.
Obviously, like any slow-build team, we'll need defensive players first. We'll be looking for specialization at defensive positions too. Such as the hard hitting CB, zone CB, and man CB.

If we don't feel like we have a solid core by mid-season, we may delay the project or can it all together. With the amazing skill level of agents these days, its pointless to settle for anything but the best.
