Hey i think it would be sweet if maybe right before the playoffs and all the owners got together and voted on probowl starting line ups for each conf. but ya just post your ideas about it here

You need to discuss format for sure. I've never seen it effectively implimented yet. Would be nice to see a league get it right.

Do it on a points system. Nominate starters and one backup for each position.
Such as, 2 QB, 2 HB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 3 OT, 3 G, 2 C, 3 DT, 3 DE, 4 LB, 3 CB, 2 SS, 2 FS, 2 K, 2 P, and 2 KR/PR.
You get a starting vote, you get 2 points, a backup role 1 point. Then the highest point getters are your pro-bowlers. I'd suggest having owners begin submissions after game 14, since playoff time can be hectic on half the teams in your league that are playing in them. Cut off for voting would be the start of the playoffs. Each team gets one representative, the owner or the owner can designate one of his GMs to submit the votes in his place, and a team can only select one of their own players for the team.

The only thing I disagree with is "and a team can only select one of their own players for the team"... Limiting is a VERY good idea but lets make it more like 3, what if one team has a lot of pro bowl caliber players but gets snubbed do to that rule..
