I can say USAPL has always been the most competitive top to bottom. CPL was a joke for the good teams. Just like every other pro league.

no, no it wasn't
in seasons 6-10 there were 5 different CPL champions, and CPL east routinely had 6+ teams with legit shots at winning the conference.
