no offense taut, but that's too high. If you assume it's roughly 50/50 you win the title game, that means it's 40% you're winning the conference and with 4 other legit threats, I don't think anyone in Alpha should be pegged at 40% to take the conference.

Interesting side note: football outsiders has its Super Bowl odds up based on DVOA and Indy is only 18% so even a clearly dominant WL team wouldn't likely be 20%.
