bars are a reflection of your attributes.. not your VA or SA

the bars are decided from the base attributes not eq

thx to the 2 idiots that responded with no information I know they relate to the attributes I was just giving all my build now may I have an answer please

then why do you mention you got ball hawk, fg and track star?? :S

I first got my green bar, when I had spd/agi/vision base attribute over 70.. had less strenght, so you probably need a little less

but no problem i'm happy to help, you seem like a swell guy

lol the idiot with the open build gave information that you can see on the idiots open build. YOUR SPEED, AGILITY, and VISION are all too low
