It's good, but for you level he's too weak. All your attributes are excellent, except STR which is the main one. It should be above 130(with EQ of course) at your level. But, I made the same mistake with my C, too. I'd maybe start getting more LG now, or try to roll for a AEQ piece.

Pass blocking VA's besides LG=Waste of SP.

If you had 30 more STR than you did this would be a good build but you dont. A good start would be moving all your EQP to STR.
