Your EQ is WAY too spread out. Also, don't put SPs in SAs till you have most of your main attributes capped and double capped. Try to focus on getting speed at least double capped before anything else.

Yea remove all the 1 point EQ from subsidiaries move them to agility, train stamina until at least 30 then train,
Vision to 30
Tackling 30
Catching 30
Jumping 30
Confidence to at least 25ish
That should get you into decent shape atleast you'll be productive, right now you have the stamina of a peewee player maybe 4-5 plays your on the bench wheezing.

Sell your equipment, put all upgrade points in speed. Train up your agility, vision. Add your points to agility vision too. Every once in a while train up your stamina (try to get it around mid 20s by next season). Occasionally train jumping/catching. Once you reach lv 25 veteran abilities kick in and for a CB Ball Hawk is the best one but you have to have at least 40 in jumping to unlock it. No more points in Special abilities for a while. Also, see if you can get a good peice of special equipment with some bonus tokens. You probably only want 2 peices of special equipment. Try to find one that will give you points in one of the special abilities so you won't have to put any points in it later. Occasionally train up confidence, tackling, strength. I have a lv. 33 CB and his tackling is only at 25 and has only missed a total of 3 tackles in 2 seasons, but I use the wrap up tackle technique.
