I'm planning on 3rd capping vision next. Is my corner on pace to be a great build? Does he have any shot at making it to World status in the future?

Nice start. Vision next is a solid choice, but IMO you want speed, agility, and vision to 4th cap eventually.

this, jumping to 48 if it still costs you 1 SP, then take agility to 74 then vision. jumping to 60.... that should last you a while
