So it looks like we have both the Melbourne and Brisbane Blaze in the Alpha conference, not to mention the Solomon Island Blazers and the Gainesville Blazing Inferno. We obviously don't have a shortage of Blaze in the Alpha conference, so I propose a friendly wager between Melbourne and Brisbane. Which ever team finishes with the best record (or wins their head to head match) gets to keep the name Blaze, whereas the losing team has to find a new name.

Nah, we're not. It's set like it is, it was changed once already. It can't be changed again.

Don't take the fun out of it, the idea of this wager was making me hot.

Let's up the ante, shall we? The winning team in the head to head match between the Melbourne Blaze and the Brisbane Blaze gets to PICK the new name for the losing team.
