Ok i have these 2 ideas im gonna post it here cause i know if its not a good idea you guys will just rip me a new ashole and if you guys think it is then ill post it in suggestions

Ok 1st i think as a owner of a team I have had this problem in the past and sure many others have to. half way threw the season a agent is either done and just wont be traing any more or you hit the playoffs and he cant boost and you need him to boost. i think you should be able to buy a player from a agent if they are on your team. Like lets say you make it to the playoffs and you need your HBs to boost and 1 cant boost and he said he would sell it to you. I pay 300 FP and the agent who sold me the player gets his 300 back. That way i can boost him or add CEQ or take over training for the agent if they are not gonna be able to play anymore

An the second one would be a trophy case. I place where all of your trophys can be displayed(not a scroll down but a trophy case like you find on Yahoo fantasy homepage). I also think that if you are a player on a winning team you should get a trophy. Like instead of you giving GMs to people who have nothing to do with coaching. they would get a trophy that said HB of GLB headhunters S12 or something like that. Also it should include MVP trophy's even if the player was retired like we do in peewee a lot of times. I think if you have made A MVP player you should be able to showcase it on your homepage

1st would be great - I've had lengthy discussions with support on this and they would never allow someone to take over another agent's player. I wish it would though.
I brought up the idea to give Pee Wee owners a practice squad of 5-8 players that you could use if an agent gets banned or goes inactive. If they could get partial XP per game for being on the squad, they wouldn't be too far behind a regular player.


Season 11 - Starting QB was banned but reinstated 2 weeks later.

Season 12- Had a 3 account-multi agent that built KR, FB, 2 guards - he stopped assigning points at level 8 and was banned a week later. I had a feeling he was a Multi- since they all went inactive at the same time... hoping he would squeek through the season without getting caught.. . and he didn't. that really hurt our inside runs late in the year.

Like the 2nd idea too.. just need more trophies...

1st one's never going to happen, 2nd one's ok (has been suggested before but failed the common sense test [i.e. it had it]).

If you want to be certain your players will boost, train and build as per your guide then be prepared to build them all yourself (or atleast the key positions HB's/QB's/FB's/blocking TE/WR's). Otherwise there is never going to be 'certainty' when it comes to relying on other people (which is why HHM was not open to the public for the last few seasons - we had our core of trust worthy agents and I made the rest).

Ok 1st why not. What would be the problem with it. Like i can understand if there was a way to rig the game by doing so but i cant think of any. It would just be the same as retiring like you get your 300 back but GLB can take my 300 to take the player over then if i boost him and buy CEQ there is another 1500 flex i spent so its more money in borts pocket

2nd we do have a great group of guys it was just 2 agents one went inactive and dint upgrade EQ for lvl8 and the other said he would boost next game and next game and then was just like im not gonna boost and it sucked cause they all were in the CB pos and i was really worried about getting beat

3rd if i could build most of my team between just me and my coaches i would but i cant afford it as of now. Plus the new good agents that we get make it fun. i love when the forums are popin

An that is amazing how many trophy you have but if you retire that play you dont anymore it would be nice for all them to be on your homepage. I mean to win 9 trophy's is amazing you should have that on ur homepage like when you win a championship

I like the idea about players getting trophies on their agent pages. For a long time as a OC I worked really hard to get players different player trophies and icons, but over the past 2 seasons I realized whats the point. These players will be around for 6-7 seasons then get retired, and that player glory will be lost into GLB nothingness(my own QB that had a pretty full trophy case was just retired this season actually). I will still do my best to bring the player awards in for guys, but I won't do anything out of the ordinary to get them like I did before. If player awards were added onto the agent page I would be alot more motivated to try and win them for guys though.

my 2 ideas.

1. give me free beer. we should all get behind this because it will bring about world peace. well. at least peace in my household.

2. daily BJ. as long as it inst by the family dog or a relative, this should be a given, common honey!!

I just though of a third one more GLB related...

Not about riggin games. Its about people 'selling' higher level players or players with X-factor or better builds (by allowing the transferring of players from one agent to another you are creating an underground industry for people farming and selling off players [with payments made outside of GLB]).

Before you say this is just peewee, you would be only able to apply this rule to peewee as the same thing happens at higher levels with agents going inactive.

As for your agents, I'm not degrading them at all, simply stating if YOU (or anyone) wants certainty with regard to your team you pretty much have to cover all positions yourself. Fair enough if you cant afford to, or don't want to (but don't expect to get certainty or bort to implement something which will raise a whole host of new problems for GLB).

Just my opinion on the matter, but you'll find I'm always right.

Thunder's right, he had/has a great core of agents, but he was always sure to build at least one each of those key positions. I dont think anything went bad in the past few seasons, but it certainly saved us in the early HHM !!! days.

An idea like #1 was banned back in the early days of GLB when owners were recruiting players and promising them flex to join their team so they could boost for free and what not. These teams were eventually banned. Basically the flaw in this scenario would be that you'd take a player away from an agent, boost them, and give them back. Crazy? Sure. But some people have enough money where it's not a big deal to do that.

BJ's for flex? This is no family game.

You are allowed to gift flex from what I understand. It just cannot be part of the player being part of your team.
