title pretty much says it all. looking to get a quality OLB preferably near 100SPD. in return we can offer at least mid-level cash or my lv58CB. CB will begin decline midseason but will be very little effect to his stats by seasons end.

build was closed, and he is already 20days in decline. may reconsider if i knew build but unlikely

i have an offer for 1.25mill atm. giving it another day or so i think, but would rather get an OLB if possible.
