11 out of 32 teams CPU, another season of a lot of blowouts for everyone.

nah....bort already posted that he'll condense the leagues to get all the CPU's in one or two leagues. That's as long as he doesn't get too many teams that are willing to move up.

I looked through the remaining teams in uncapped, there are no teams left there that had a winning record last season. So either the teams that could have a chance up here moved up or over to the new caps. There are probably some teams in the 46 that could come up but likely afraid to do so yet because of the level disparity still existing up here.

We'll just have to see what happens. As i mentioned in the other post we don't have enough cpu's right now to take 4 AA's here and make 2 unless teams are allowed to request moves to other regions and he shuffles all the CPU's together someplace.

Grand Total:257 CPU's in just AA leagues. Thats the equivalent to 8 AA leagues plus some leftovers. This of course is as of this morning Nov 26. So if he took all the CPU's and jammed them together he could condense 4 regions worth of AA leagues. Looking at the totals would likely mean SE Asia,Oceania, EE and Africa would be the ones since it would involve the least amount of movement required. But enough people would have to want to move from those to USA,Canada, WE and SA.

That's us. I'd think any team that was going to move up, would have done it already.
