Our Chem will be a bit lower before things are all settled. it's at 61 now.

I don't think chemistry means as much as you think, to be quite honest. It does mean a lot, but there've been many times when it was proven to have little meaning in this past season.

I find it most comes into play when teams are both well coached and have equal talent levels. The same is true for crappy teams. If both teams are equally bad Chemistry will often decide the outcome. I don't find that it makes bad teams good or good teams bad.

Chem not very important

I disagree about chem not being important and have lived it on another team.

Not as important as build/coaching, but is important.... especially amongst otherwise equal competition.

I don't think anyone here would say it doesn't matter, yeah.

We're all just saying it won't make as big of an impact. Bort has come out and said that the difference between 10 and 100 is like 9% in stats. So figure a team at 70% to start the season will have a 3 or 4% stat penalty at most.

Yup, that's enough to hurt you going against a evenly matched team but that difference is practically nil come playoff time, unless you screw with your roster all season long because you freak out when you lose a game from chemistry and at that point enter a vicious cycle of losing, freaking out, tweaking the roster and damaging chemistry.

we'll be fine. we have 9 days at least from right now to improve it.
