If it is a good team and good management I will stay on and re-sign with your team. I will need some Equipment if you can spare the cash. The builds are are fairly good IMO, useful positions too.

Also, I know the pain of recruiting...many people want to only sign with teams that are 'PRO' or what not...I personally do not care what league I am in, I want to win ballgames and kick some ass.
