The Freight Train was up 23-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter, but the Gods of War stormed back with 17 unanswered points to win the game, 24-23.
That’s as exciting as it gets!

Well it has all come to a close.
Season 12 has come and gone and the doors to the Hot Chick Lounge have been locked up tight for the off season.
The hot chicks have been sent to a convent for the season to be forgiven for all their sins they performed in the lounge.
The Magic 8-Ball has been put back in it’s box and placed in the closet.
The stadiums are quiet, the keyboards are weary and all the simming is over.
No more game planning, no more sweating in your swivel chair at your computer desk and all the monitors have been turned off.
Season 12 is officially over.

Looking back at season 12……………….
We saw the Gods of War go undefeated until they lost in the last regular season game.
We had some exciting conference championship games.
We got to see history in the making as the Freight Train had one of the longest winning streaks in GLB history.
We got to see that same streak broken (sorry Numone).
We got to see one of the most exciting championship games ever played.
We got to see my QB Jub Jub the Horny bear win a TD Pass title! Yay! (ok, so I am a glory hounding bitch, what can I say).
We got to see great teams play and they will be moving on.
We got to see great teams play that will be here next season.
We got to see some up and coming teams that are on the verge of becoming great teams.
And we had two very competitive conferences where the playoff teams weren’t completely decided until the last game of the season. That’s the first time I’ve seen that.
Yep, this season seemed to have it all. Congrats everyone.

lol, i thought you were calling us the War Gods on purpose so i never corrected it.

Are you guys serious about "hoping" Banja gets promoted? There is no question they'll get promoted. Hell, we could see as many as 6-12 teams get promoted up, but there is no doubt that the top 4 will get promoted. I've never seen a AA conference runner-up not get promoted since the new promotion system went in and with all the teams dissolving this season, I'm sure it will be no different. So that said, most of the top teams will be up in AAA next season. We'll see you guys there.

As for SA, thanks for tolerating me giving shit to everyone this season. It's all in good fun. We'll be bringing in some more forum hijinks next season. Love us or hate us, you have to respect our dotballing. Great season guys and special thanks to these threads. Good times.
