I'm pretty sure LOL is better than Pangani, making us the #31 team in APL, not #32. Also, it's a known fact that Elephant is stronger than Lion, therefore the 0-16 Elephant team (LOL) is naturally ranked higher than the 0-16 Lion team (Pangani).

Interesting to note: The players on LOL have a legitimate chance of winning a gold trophy in APL. The players on ABD Don't.
