Anybody have low confidence but still do well? Has it ever affected your play negatively? I've never really worked on my confidence and I'm wondering how important it is.

Could anybody with some high confidence shed some light onto this?

I think if your on a good team it wont be much of an issue. If your on a bad team then your morale goes down pretty quickly...

Mine hasn't been an issue. I haven't put anything into it at all.

It's important if you miss tackles because it lets your player get over it

Bort has said that confidence is the most underrated stat. A team with high confidence are the ones that are more likely to upset a better team.

I actually found my player making more plays when I started boosting his confidence. We even started playing him at corner in dime packages in he did very well. I think confidence is a big thing for safeties.

Confidence is underrated, and it's one of the skills I will train next season and put one SP every level up.

I think I neglected Confidence and vision for too long. I'm trying to pump those up.

Going to work on it soon. UG gave up 2 TD passes in the championship game...So I'm hating on my own guy for it. I think it gives that clutch feel you get for certain players.
