the Dallas Cowboys in 2009, at least that is what Kondor says....LMAO (please, please tell me you didn't say that)
To be honest I actually would bet on the falcons. they have a awesome young QB, they have a premier HB and they also have some very good receivers in white and gonzalez. their defense is a little suspect at times but with Dallas they are hit or miss one week they look like world beaters the next they could get beat by the Lions. I have never liked teams like the Cowboys in football or the yankees in baseball. they try to bend the rules to give themselves a edge. all that money they spend and they still aren't that much better than teams that spend half as much.
I know the yankees won the world series but look at their salaries then compare them to the devilrays and the Rays are just as good with about a third of the salaries. But everyone needs to pull for who they like myself I like the Colts they are a quality run program that is a class act. Not that many basket cases (like Dallas likes to sign) And they win.
Just messing around but If I wasn't a die hard colts fan I might pull for the falcons since they are close to my home and the fact I hate the tennessee oilers. It sucks living in Tennessee and having a PRO team that close and the only time I even consider watching a game is when the Colts are in town.

Tell me about it. I live within 2.5 hours of the Colts, Bungles and Tit-hands and the only time I have gone to a game in Indy or Nashville is to watch my team play. I haven't been to the new Paul Brown stadium, but I hear it is nice, except the fact the Bungles play there. They might be for real this season, finally, then again probably just winners of 5 in a row with all the expectation only to miss the playoffs. I will say the crowds at the old Riverfront Stadium, especially when the Steelers or Browns would come to town, were pretty intense. There is something to be said about fans that are loyal to teams even if they are losers.
I never have and could never see myself cheering for the Falcons or even saying they would beat another team. First, they are NFC, second they play in a Dome and third they are NFC. I have said other teams would lose to the Falcons this year but I still don't think they will win a Championship. First step for them is to make playoffs for two consecutive seasons.

This not being in the playoffs sucks. Does anyone with, oh, I don't know, 10+ years of experience in the pros and never winning a playoff game have any insight on how to make it through this tough time?
