The distribution looks fairly good to me. I would think about swapping 5-10 spd for agi in equipment.

Also, not sure if you're just specialized in zone, but I'd prefer that Closing Speed AEQ be substituted for SDC.

Needs work on SDC and confidence.

I plan to increase SDC when I level again, bringing Smooth Operator to 3 and SDC to 2 (cashing in 12 BTs for 3 SPs along with the 5 SPs for leveling).

75 agility, 1 SDC, and 0 CD. Not good. If you had zone spec and were a pure zone cb, I'd say just pump your agi and CD, and you'd be fine, but I'm not sure what you are going for here.

Why don't you wear any EQ ?
