Just got cut, and was actually having a decent season....Should I retire?

Your guy's base STR and BLK are way too low. They should both be 20+ points higher and your AGI should be a bit higher by now too. His SAs aren't focused at all. He should have more in Protector if he was playing LT, or none if he was playing RT. That said, it's the agent's decision whether or not to retire a player.

I think he is okay for his current level, not sure for higher level.
You can keep him, maybe not a starter for a good team.
