It's hard to say at level 9 unless you give more description than you did. "mostly lookin to knock people on there ass", is a small hint, but more details about where you want to go help generate comments.
I'm guessing a blocking fullback?
stop training speed/agility and train Agility/Blocking.
Keep investing in Strength to 68 while training agility/blocking.
Invest in agility to 68. Train speed/stamina.
Invest in blocking to 68
Train speed/stamina until speed is a natural 34 progress
Invest in speed to 68, while training vision/confidence
Invest in vision to 48 or 60.
That's a good cookie cutter fullback that'll be better than the majority out there.
