the leaguw you play in plays a huge role, ive been playing in Canada AAA since season 1 and lvl 1. It was kinda hard to adjust and catch up in level, but I am starting to find my groove in my defense's system after a lousy first year and a decent second year under new ownership.

A double Cb owner here, my #1 Cb had 9 INT's, 90 tackle and 73 PD's last season.
holy crap
Yea, he was a complete stud last season but never made the Pro-bowl cos my owner was an idiot and didn't nominate him. The funny thing about his stats was that teams were never adjusting to him being #2 on the depth chart and so I was able to absolutely shutdown my side of the field and still get thrown at too much.

Hey Guys
Season 1 I built a CB for KR/PR duties. He did alright got some yards in. Season 2 I got him traded to another team where he is currently the starting CB. Flexed him up a few levels and dumped the points into stamina to get it up. Hes now playing 65+ snaps a game. It was alot easier to convert him to full time duties than I figured it would be.

you do realize in game one nearly 70% of your tackles came on pass plays to receivers you were supposed to be covering.
I'd also venture a guess that if I looked back in your game log history, a vast majority of your tackles came from guys you were covering.
Tackles are not a good thing for a CB unless they come on running plays, or special teams. Shutting your guy down is not allowing him to catch 5 balls on you a game, not netting 5 tackles a game :|
