I super slow building him for a season and am signing him to a competitive cap 13 team for next season. I assigned points to strength recently. I am not really sure how I want to go about his build. I know speed and agility are really important, but I also want some of those natural bonuses before he gets to lvl 22. Here is my build plan:

strength to 68 - train blocking/agility
Blocking to 68 - train agility/speed
Agility to 68 - train speed/stamina
Speed to 73 - train vision/confidence
Vision to 68 - train confidence/stamina

I don't know if I should take strength higher or blocking lower. And I don't see when this dot will be effective. Does anyone have any advice?

no need to take blocking that high at all.

I don't see a need for vision to be that high either.

So I am thinking of this now.

strength to 68 - train blocking/agility
Blocking to 60 - train agility/speed
Agility to 68 - train speed/stamina
Speed to 73 - train vision/confidence
Vision to 60 - train confidence/stamina

The main reason for getting strength up so early is because it fits nicely into training and you get nice automatic gains. I don't know what I am going to do after that. Maybe get blocking up. Strength shouldn't be much of a problem. But I should have a few seasons to figure that out. Does this look better? Any other suggestions?

I was thinking this too. It's hard though when you're doing two attr first that you can't intense train together. I think when I did my blocker I did 4xStr, 1xBlk, 3xAgi, mainly because blocking was in the mid 30s before agi was ready to cap.

Since it's super slow built it won't matter too much, but I'd personally rather give agility 8 more levels at .5/level at 68 than blocking 8 levels at 60. An 80 natural agility really frees you up to put equipment elsewhere and an 80+ agility really gives the fullback opportunities he otherwise wouldn't have with less reaction.

I haven't done the math, but by the time you get agility to 68, then blocking to 60, you may have made up for the 5 skill point difference (where they are now) in auto level gains with agility at a 4x cost. This also allows blocking to grow naturally at an inefficient training level. So it's less cost to get blocking to 60, and you can move on to speed stamina or vision/confidence.
