I'd definitely go with TE, if you want to catch and block that is.
To be balanced you'd have to work on:
speed
agility
vision
catching
blocking
jumping (maybe)
strength
stamina

so true lol
thats not a bad build you know that theres things called vision and perhaps agility
anyway gonna say QB or Safety
LOL!!!!!!!
Are you kidding me?
If you think a level 12 CB can get by with 25 speed, you are delirious, there are level 12 WR's with 60+ speed, stick to the CB's with 25 speed if you want to give up several 50+ yard bombs every game.

-Strength
-Blocking
-Speed
-Agility
-Vision
-Stamina
-Carrying
-Plus you have to invest in both SA trees....
co-sign. I think FBs take the cake. not only do you have to worry about all of these attributes, but you also need to coincide them with the running backs on the team

It can be and should be. Unfortunately it seems 75% of the people building them want to try and make super stud pass rushers, and don't focus on strength which is what they need the most in order to make a super stud pass rusher.

Because they think that a CB needs lots of INT's to be good >_<

Right now I think building a dominate MLB has it's challenges. Speed Strength, tackling, Vision, and Stamina really all need to be carefully considered. Also the SA tree really comes into play. You have to also look at the weaknesses of your D-Line and help them out. Every point of The Dominate MLB is crucial IMO.
