He's okay, not great. But definately deserving of a spot on a good team. Bring Speed, then Vision up to the 68 cap. Then put SPs in Jumping. I would train tackling and strength. Confidence needs to be worked on as well, maybe train that with Stamina in the future. You have teh right overall idea with him. Just work on a few things.
