Glad you guys arent in our conference. We might have to take a loss the first game, but you guys in the Alpha conference get to play a Canada Pro team al season.




Since when does dropping from canada pro to Oceania AA make sense.

Its because they gutted there team because they would never win in CPL...added lower players so they would be dropped into a low league only to add there higher players back to there team for a gold trophy.

Despite how you guys used to have a good rep. This move = pussy....That is all.

Total pussy move!! But support does nothing about it, it's a joke, and a waste of the funds invested in this game to play all season and have to lose to a pro team!

Although Helsinki's team is very close in level, so no room to complain!

renfrew only lost by 10 points to them in preseason so there not as impressive as they should be but lolpreseason so bleagh

We went 0-16 last season so theres obviously lack of game planning there.

Agreed (if that's true about them) to lose to a "pro" team, but it doesn't ruin the game for me to the point of feeling like a waste of money. I'll still gameplan and do the best we can. If we're simply outmatched I won't be upset, there's enough even games in this league to still be a lot of fun to play.

I will be honest...I was actually VERY impressed with how our guys played them week one! We never had a chance but kept them under 100 and managed to score!

Total pussy move. Level 70 guys playing in AA leagues should be thrown out of GLB. Grow a set of balls and play with teams of your level. Pussies!

Ha , yea, they just thumped us. Oh well, not much we could do about it.

I have talked to there owner on PM's. Basically its Borts fault, what they pulled is worse then what we did. We went 0-16 in AAA last season with chemistry and agents leaving killing us. Im the only one in our team forum that voted for us staying in AAA because of this reason of outleveling our opponents (I didnt think it would be this bad) but it was a team vote and the majority wanted to be demoted.

Imo even after being 12-0 it still killed our season. Our forums are dead and I havent gameplanned for one game yet. TDD is feeling the same way. Hopefully playoffs are a bit more fun.

Horseshit. I don't know about your situation, but they were a 10 win CPL team last season. From what I can gather, they let their contracts expire, got dropped to AA, and then resigned their players. That is a bush league move, and I hope they enjoy the empty victories that they get.

I agree man. Helsinki wanted a league where we compete that's why we dropped to AA, they actually moved us up to AAA a season sooner because of the world league, and we weren't ready. We were 0-16 last season and got slaughtered by all teams, there was no close games. IF or when we get moved back up then we will be ready. Not sure about Texas but if they did what you said, it was a LOW move.

It's crap and it makes us all play for 2nd place, cowards!!
