Haliblack Explosionaries vs. New Jersey Blaze

-Undeffendefeated in usapro –Dude!

Welcome to the WL, now you get the real champs. The team with that world league trophy. The team that brought in a dot named Deadpool. He ran a 1.34 40 at the combine. He also was youtubed breaking a basketball goal by jumping on top of it. He also has 672 children across the globe. Until opposing OCs decide to eliminate passing from the playbook the world league defensive MVP is ovah.

The champs also brought in more Asheme monsters in FS Dr. Kevin Trench and CB Christopher Powell. Gart signed more studs like WR Aidan Pryde, DTsThe Horseman, The Apocolypse, TE Ontario Williamson and like 20 something other monsters. Plus, they still have the best coordinators in the WORLD.

I can’t believe Dude Bigsly was a free agent. The guy was an absolute BEAST for BFM last season. Remember the have fun blocking this thread. Well, have fun blocking Greddy AND Dude.

Anyways, back to the game. So some usapro team is playing the best team in GLB. AND ash is a gm over there and can thieve tactics. I’ll take the champs 35 to negative 17.

Sofia Spiders vs. Drinkin Hellraisers

-Season 11, Eastern Europe Pro League League Champions are the Spiders up against a team in Drinkin who went from nearly missing the playoffs to laying the wood during the playoffs. We all know they really beat Honolulu, but bort feared an all CPL finale so he kept doctoring the sim until HHW finally won in a somewhat realistic fashion. He actually had to do a ton of editing if you remember how long it took before he let Bonn vs Drygerian game to sim. Oh well…a new season is upon us and Drinkin is loaded again big time. Their old dogs still have some bite like RB Edward Bailey, Major Stexx and Otis Beef.

The spiders will showcase WR James LazyEye and DT Randy White*. If their kicker wasn’t inactive I would give them more of a chance. But he’s not, so I am taking Drinkin 43-10

Korb Destroyers vs. Manus Thunder

-The Destroyers are the defending WEPL champions, and in their first season in the World League, they will looking to put themselves on the map. This is good, because quite frankly, I have no idea where Korb is.

Manus is a team you never want to play an away game @ . Their fans aren’t known to be hostile, unless you want them to be. Manus 31-16 imo

Louisiana Screaming Pelicans vs. Machu Picchu Hidden Dragons

-two former playoff teams from the inaugural WL. MPHD is some people’s darkhorse to make a run at dethroning Haliblack. RB Johnny Tso and Duck Beard make for a top notch RB/FB offense on the ground.

Look for PR Prototype X, G Joey Paz, and the ground duo to dominate. Expect Machu Picchu Hiddent Dragons to get the win here 39-9.

Belfast Commandos vs. Cascade Cajun Crushers

One of these teams will be undefeated after week 1 and think the WL is a piece of cake.
Taking a peek at their team pages you’ll see “Man Alive the Commandos just won WEPL Alpha!! Awesome! What a turn around!!”
and
“A group of old timers with a 151-25 regular season record. World League for one last Run at Glory.”
I’m going to take the Old timers here because they have 4 level 70 WRs I’m looking forward to seeing.
CCC wins 31-24

Monmouth Evil Monkeys vs. Over The Rhine Red Dots

- I remember young buck Big Ben Bomber from back in the day. He was always a big armed bad ass but now he’s in the WL. Joe Namath would say he’s struggggling. Sabin might have to move some equipment around and try to be a pocket QB again. They fired Steellithium too? He gets canned more often than green beans.
MEM still has level 74s Sandesh Pawar and Barry Ballhawk back there…so look for Saris’ MEM secondary to dominate much like Asheme’s secondary week 1.
MEM wins, it’s a regular season game Ido 48-12

Angola Spider Monkeez vs. Ragin Hoplites

-The Ragin Hoplites will be showing off their GLB famous special teams unit here. Xeef built a special teams unit that is SPECIAL. Their return man, Miller Miller gets all of the glory but he has some help from outstanding blockers.

I got nothing for you on the Spider Monkeez other than they misspelled monkeys. JK, they’re African Pro champs riding 20 game win streak. However, It’s Miller time Ragin Hoplites win 31-20

Black Forest Mercenaries vs. Dakar Dragons

-Dakar, my old friends from season 5 have emerged up to the WL. Well done. Team owner Head1 signed RB Jessica Landry for their run at WL. Jessica was promoted from AAA to WL to help out. She has some serious game for sure and will likely be a regular in WL. Dakar will be well coached and ran professionally and get to ease into WL against a rebuilding BFM. Sub 50 chemistry will hurt BFM bad this game. I am taking Dakar 36-3.

Singapore Flames vs. Bonn Dynamo

-Bonn was unbelievable last season. They only lost 2 games. Unfortunately one was in the playoffs in the game of Infiniti. Clearly, Bonn and Drygerian were the class of the first WL and the game was an instant classic. Former team owner, Wrath of Connor is a great ambassador of the game and is a regular on GLB radio. Kurieg takes over ownership I am assuming in a smart chemistry loophole. WOC and Bonn still have the best blocking TE ever in Conor Cossio and best blocking FB ever in Xavy Matheo. They also still have Sven in the backfield and upgraded Mookie with Shadow Fox. The original masters of the zone defense won’t be affected by the zone/ballhawk nerfs. They have great dots regardless.

The Flames originate from Southeast Asia where they have a history of producing outstanding world league teams. They are led by QB Jonny Cannonshow and RB Ferrari Testarossa. However, Bonn is pissed and they’re going to punish teams starting with Singapore. 45-3 Bonn led by 104 pancakes from the nasty WOC duo.

So Cal BDC vs. Stewart Ballers

-I know where So Cal is but I have no idea what the BDC stands for. I am assuming it’s after their team co-owner?

Stud sack master LB Denver LastDinosaur is wearing some MVP endorsement equipment this season so he is going to be extra filthy. So Cal also has a p cool team video on their site. Check it out sometime.

Stewart Ballers owner Kanaan was all over the recruiting forums this off season picking up studs whenever possible. Big game for Stewart in the non conference week to see if they can avoid demotion again. Zeta looks pretty loaded and this could be a game the Ballers want to snag. However, I am taking So Cal with better chemistry and stud WR Jason Haber 34-25

Tasmania Tigers vs. Pa Dong Dragons

Pa Dong made it to the WL without ever winning a single trophy? I am going to stop right there and take the 20-0 season 11 Oceania Pro champs 31-19

Marblehead Longhorns vs. Santiago Benitos

-Monster week 1 matchup here. 2 playoff teams that will likely continue to be playoff teams. Benitos will debut new workhorse Bix Beiderbecke and TE Randy Costanza and still have GLB legends MLB Buster Stone and QB Ben Randall. Lets get some Havoc on the forums.

Marblehead had a bunch of turnover on the roster it looks like. They went ahead and kept QB Peter Gallo, RB Dirty Mo Posse, RT Infa Moss and CB Antonio Lopez. This was probably an executive decision made by Kingdan23. That’s why he gets paid the big bucks. Former team owner Texanima stepped down for personal reasons but will hopefully be able to keep an eye on his team and I fully expect Marblehead to do what CPL does… Win simulated football games on the internet.

I’m thinking Marblehead squeaks one out here 21-18 in OT

Cincinnati Shockers vs. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors

This doesn’t look like your daddy’s Cincinnati Shockers. They look like they went ahead and turned the roster over more than most teams. I have no idea if it was the right move or not. Obviously, they still have tons of studs, but they do have the dropoff in levels past starters. RB Orangeblood and QB John Young are still there so I am not counting them out just yet, but Cincy and OTR might not be as strong as we knew them. We’ll see how it plays out. They were the 1 seed last year, so they obviously know how to run their franchise.

HHW inaugural Conference champs return their stacked lineup. I have no idea if they have new studs or not, their roster page has too much Wang for my eyes. I see high chemistry so I am thinking HHW is ready to lay some more beat downs on teams this season. I think they start with Cincy in a convincing win 33-19

Mayan Prophecy vs. Manitoba Matadors

-World League another great CPL back Duke Nuke‘Em. He is no slasher like Dooley, Bailey or DMP, he is a broken tackle machine. If your defense has power tackler your phucked. If they don’t have power tackler, have a 15 in sure tackler, you’re still phucked.

Mayan were season 11 SLAP runner ups. They look like they brought some offense with them led by WR lamborgotti fasterossa, QB Jonnie O' Quigglie and OT Scott "Big Boy" Bartlett. They also may have a shutdown corner in Sam Malone.

I’ll take the Manitoba Matadors, former 20-0 CPL season 11 champs to get another W 27-21.

Lincoln Navigators vs. Three Kingdom Warriors

Supposedly the *******************************************************************************************Official******************************************************** Painmakers *********************of Lincoln *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************were coming to the WL. I guess we’re stuck with just the Lincoln Navigators. Congrats Lincoln and thank god for a cool team name vs. ^

Three Kingdom Warriors are a damn fine dotball team. Their QB Song Yuanyuan
Should be a World League offensive MVP candidate. They also dropped out of the tournament to focus on kicking ass in the WL. Look for 3KW to be one of the top dogs this year. They start with a win over Lincoln 33-20

Durham Ice Odyssey vs. East St Louis Tire Fires

Durham is visiting WL from CPL. Of course this means great forum posting and excellent dot skills.

East St. Louis originates from SEAPL. This of course means forum lurking. Actually, ESLTF is from SEAPL, but they are an anomaly; They are social dots.
Their confidence in social settings will help them prevail even against a CPL team. 26-14

Man, have you not gone to bed yet, or did you get up early and do this? Early way, thanks. Very nice read and one of the first things on this forum worth a damn. I disagree with you on a couple games, but early in the season, it will be difficult to get a read on some of these teams.

We had a complete overhaul in Season 11. Including recruiting and bringing in Hazy to run our D. Both have proven invaluable!

Not like you care, but TB was always loyal to all of us and kept the team together from season 4. We were always 6-10 levels outmanned from AA-Pro. Hopefully we can be prove competitive in this league.
