Hi guys, I have a question for those who know these kinds of stuff:


Is there a play where the C would chase the LDE instead of the guy in front of him? It happened alot to our team's recent scrimm.

I was about to dismiss this as a player build problem, but two C's are involved in those plays. I'm not the OC for the team, and I posted this on our forum to ask about it. Posting it anyway to ask for others' take on this.

New blocking code is as foreign to us as it is to everyone else but I presume those guys don't have their Vision built up yet at their level and that lack of Vision is the culprit. It could also just be because the new blocking logic has a lot of kinks to be worked out. Either way, the C is taking an extremely poor path to impede that LE.
