Am I understanding the change made to this VA? Bonuses do not work unless you are 7 yards outside from where the ball is spotted. So is this a bad VA for Tackles and guards now? If the guard pulls and picks up the outside backer, the bonus probably did not kick in. If the tackle takes the DE on a pitch play, then the bonus did not kick in. Right?

But the tackle and guard are not 7 yards from the ball so this would not kick in on a pitch or sweep anyways.
