We had a LOT of teams last season sign up, then never schedule their games. In some cases we had double forfeits, and saw teams get automatic byes into the third round.

The BIGGEST problem is that we had other teams wanting to play, but were turned down due the tournament being filled. If you sign up, please come back and visit this Tournaments forum so you know who you are playing, and know when to schedule games.

To sign up, you MUST do the following:

- You must be the team owner
- Send me a PM with the subject "Pee Wee Tournament Sign-Up"
- Your team link in the body of the PM

PLEASE make sure you grab your Pee Wee link. I will not be checking double checking, assuming, or PMing you this season to see if you meant to send me your Pee Wee link instead of your casual, uncapped etc.

2 - Schedule

We will follow a strict schedule. As with last season, it is the responsibility of BOTH teams to keep us on track to finish the tournament without holdups.

If your opponent is not responding, you must PM this Tournaments account or DrkSandman immediately. If your match is not played on schedule, and we are not notified, both teams will be removed from the tournament.

As with last season, you may schedule games early if you and your next round opponent are available to do so. However, Final 4 and Finals matches must be played on their set dates to ensure both sides have equal game planning time.

The following schedule assumes a 128 team tournament:

ROUND 1 - Games must be played no later than Day 8
ROUND 2 - Games must be played no later than Day 14
ROUND 3 - Games must be played no later than Day 18
ROUND 4 - Games must be played no later than Day 22
ROUND 5 - Games must be played no later than Day 26

FINAL FOUR - Games MUST be played on Day 30
CHAMPIONSHIP - Games MUST be played on Day 34

- Seeding will be randomized.
- You must check the bracket often. Matches won't be PMed or listed on the forum.

4 - Reporting Wins

It is the responsibility of the winning team of each match to report the win. Please send a PM to this Tournaments account in the following format:

Game #
(Team name) defeats (Team name)

You find the game number by looking at the bracket from the bracketmaker site. This is not the game link, or game ID from GLB.

You have 24 hours from the date each round is scheduled to be played to report this. Please help us stay on schedule, and the bracket up to date, by reporting your wins.

We have purposely pushed the tournament back three days, to officially start on Day 8.

I'll be getting back from vacation on Monday night, and didn't want to assume things would go smoothly while I am gone. We'll still finish before season end.

I've held off the brackets due to this. They'll be out tonight or tomorrow.

You can feel free to schedule games early, and move forward in the bracket - but you are not required to. If your opponent wants to wait, that is their right.

Here is the bracket. My apologies for nit posting it before I left on vacation. You should all have time to play your games still. If any issues, PM me.

This has been an unbelievably rough start to the tourney. We had a weird triangle of multiple games due my not fixing a goof up after some teams registered multiple times.

We had two ties.

We had teams drop out or go CPU.

We had SEVERAL teams not report their wins.

I have to believe it can only get better - but this far anything that could go wrong has. Let's all do our part to report wins (only once..), inform me if your opponent isn't replying, etc.

We have a few more matches in the first round scheduled for tomorrow that I'm going to allow. Let's try to get as close to on schedule as we can moving forward, though. Thanks!
