Based on you guys' experience, what's the second-best SA for a LOT?

I got a guy who'll be lvl 70 next season, on a primarily running team in AAA. Which SA should I address for him to be the most effective?...

For a heavy Run O. Or like he said, if you are more balanced or a passing team Foundation IMO.

QFT.

I sought this piece out as early as possible (got lucky and found it fairly quick) for my pass blocking OT. It's obvious that you will have to run block a lot and it's best to pick up this particular AE piece rather than waste SPs in the Run Block tree, especially for a LOT.

It made sense to apply the same logic when building a run blocking G to pick up Foundation.

Get Low is great if you're having trouble pushing the DE backwards (i.e. when you're in the 80s or low 90s in strength) and/or need to push him back quickly because your OT doesn't hold blocks for too long (like blocking is below 90). So yes, usually Get Low is a good choice for the average OT.

Get low if you run to the left. foundation if you pass at least 20% of the time and don't run to the left often.

Get low is good for inside runs, to open up the LOT / LG gap more. If you're pitching weak, I don't think get low will really help much. That is purely about holding your block, and for a long time, so I'd go run block instead. Just depends on how your team goes.

My LOT has Foundation and Protect on him. Makes him focused on his line assignment. I figured I'd just put up points in Run Block in the future and won't be touching the others
