My LOT has won 2 championship rings in 3 seasons, and his team just went uncapped and is rebuilding the roster. He is a great passblocker, but also gets decent push in the running game. He will boost to L38 in preseason.

He is strictly a LT not a RT.
He must get enough snaps to get max XP.
I don't really want him playing STs.
I would prefer him to start, though this is not essential.
1 season day 40 contracts only. (Will extend season by season if I like the team)
