No clue. But this just means a better chance of getting promoted next season

Some of these teams were moved here from Elsewhere as a CPU. Africa AA has been screwed for compeditiveness so far, but Bort is trying to fix it.

Looks like we'll have some other Uncapped teams move up to fill the slots.

ya it way nice to see Bort react so quickly.

For sure, I hope we can get a pretty full roster of teams, would be fun to have some competitiveness this season

my team volgograd was in a lv24 league, now we're in AA. no idea why we are here.

Now that were out and I have looked at things, your arguement was good against Val. And it proved against Sin city. They just had too many higher level players. Noot that I'm knocking them cause they didn't do anything wrong, I just wouldn't go to that extreme. I'd like to know I've won a championship against teams that are closer in levels. I tell ay though, I would love to know what Sin City did to be so damn good. For you guys that are wondering what I'm talking about, an all level 40 team went undefeated in an uncapped league. Completely out-leveled by everyone, and still dominated.
