Oh yeah, the teams in the other conference are weaker. That's why one of the top teams in your league (Creed) lost 34-24 to a CPU roster filled team. Also, that's why that same team, beat the #2 seed 97-14. No excuses Dony, you should of been prepared to play and that mark will be there forever, so you can't complain. I'd also like to mention our conference went 10-6 against yours the first week. On another note too, the Eagles beat your #2 crabs, 68-3. How impressive for the better conference.


week1 funny. keep basing stuff off week 1 and that will get you knocked right out of the playoffs..oops too late.

Enasty, you are talking about games played at the beginig of the season. I want to see what's happen in your match this night against Punishers or Autobots vs Madmen.

At this time we are going eastern 2 - western 2

Lismore lost against Bay Area 16 - 10 (seed 6 vs seed 3)
Dallas wins against Smyrna Creed (all of them CPU lvl1) 94 - 0 (seed 7 vs seed 4)
Raiders wins against We Suck (coowned CPU team) 98 - 42 (seed 5 vs seed 7)

We'll I'm throwing out some testing AIs for next season but okay. And the East was so much more competitive. We had 5 solid teams, you guys had 1-2.

I agree with alot your saying Enasty. I do believe your conference had more solid teams. I think the Headhunters are clearly the best team in the league, hands down, no arguments. But, please.. quit harping on week 1 and 2 for us. That meant nothing. We didn't even have a complete roster, and Dony and I just found out that Pee Wee had advanced AI ... 1 day before the Creed game. Since then we've been solid and we even beat a solid silver league team in a scrimmage and played the Boston Patriots alot tougher than the score. If it wasn't for my testing out a few Ds, they still would have won but not 45-14. The Patriots are a damn good silver league team.

I think we would play all the other teams in your conference tough... beside the Headhunters. Play calling and custom Ds mean a TON. As long as the team your playing doesn't have vastly superior builds, then a good AI will go a long way. The Camaros probably scare me the most (besides the Headhunters) .

All in all, it doesn't matter. There's no points for 2nd place. Been a good season and alot of fun.

I'm excited about next season though... . Crabs will have 90% day 31 players! No excuses for me then

Those damn patriots beat my silver team by 7, 3 times! God damnit but I agree with your theory on a good team. Me and Cone are going to work closer this year, and we're going to bring in a new DC that was on my silver team, and not taking anything away from anyone, but lello is one of the best DCs not in Silver. Once he covers the passing game, he's held some good teams to negative rushing yards. On Offense though, I'm installing a completely new system, and builds are key. I've got control over a QB and TE, but that is only 2/10 players.

I may be a bit biased, but having really looked into both conferences and all the real teams, I'd have to say our conference is just a bit better(even with Creed before the mass clearing of the roster). That doesn't mean every team is better then their Eastern counter-part , but just looking at our top 5 is definitely stronger then the other top 5, not by a huge margin though, don't get me wrong.

The two hottest teams FALL in playoffs....... Good luck Eagles and Linces. Of course we are rooting for our conference!!!

Dony, Linces were more the of the "hot" team then you since they were on a huge undefeated streak since their 1 loss. Also GL to the Eagles. Could of have been a lot different game if not for a few plays and some silly DAI but you guys played well. Best of luck.

As for GLB, the offense we threw at manhatten was something you would've seen more like. I hope you guys are here again or we're with you in silver, cause it's sure as hell been one tough, but fun ride.

Yeah guessing most of the real teams with winning records in copper will be moved up next season to replace CPU Silver's and sold teams so really no one will really be here, we may be lucky enough to land in the same silver league again though, time will tell.

Well we've gotta have at least a scrimmage.
