I am confused here, why dont people earn there right to move up, and if a team is really that bad it will be moved down in due time. Still dont understand this logic!

no logic here, it was just a missdirection from begining, asked AA and got moved to AAA, and for a rookie GM level was definitly to high, now when i look at some rosters on AA with an average of lvl 16 in o or D.........

Well if one moves down then there nothing else to happen except for one to move up, so yes if that is the way you want to look at it then so be it!
