Well the time has finely come to see who the king of the hill really is, East and West. The playoff brackets look pretty interesting already with some solid match-ups and some more to come deeper in. So lets get this started!

West
----

#1 GLB vs. #8 JcJ's EQ

Rushing - O: GLB D: GLB
Passing - O: GLB D: GLB
Special Teams - GLB
Overall - GLB
Winner - GLB

Well this one really won't be much to watch. JcJ does have some humans, and does have one of the league leading HB's, but its all smoke and mist. Meaning he hasn't put up more then 94yds on any real team, and usually more towards the 50yd range. These deflated stats are all CPU stompers where he gets tons of carries and nothing more, no real threat here. The rest of JcJ's humans are decent, but their D is almost entirely CPU, which is never good. GLB has put up respectable numbers on everyone this year, and the D has quieted many of opposing O's as well. This isn't going to be much to watch, sorry JcJ's.

#4 Chevy vs. #5 Raiders

Rushing - O: Chevy D: Chevy
Passing - O: Raiders D: Raiders
Special Teams - Chevy
Overall - Chevy
Winner - Chevy

Well we saw this match-up last week, but this is the one that matters. From the looks of the last game both teams seemed to come to play and did what they could to win. Camaros come out on top of that one. This is a pretty close match-up as I said last week as well. Chevy relies on their ground game and strong D to win them games, where as the Raiders tend to throw just a bit more to keep the balance(not much though and can be iffy at best at times). Biggest difference I see is really in the special teams. If I remember correctly Raiders don't like punting the ball on 4th that much, don't shoot me if I'm thinking of someone else, but that game won't fly now. If they plan to move on, field position makes all the difference in the world. Punting the ball and limiting returns is going to be the life or death of many teams come playoffs. Raiders will also have to worry about containing the Camaros best of a back all game. They let him run free a bit to much last game and are going to have to remedy this to stand a chance. Camaros are just going to have to repeat their performance again. Run the ball, contain the Raiders on D and ST and they should have this.

#2 Madmen vs. #7 FOB

Rushing - O: Madmen D: Madmen
Passing - O: Madmen D: Madmen
Special Teams - Madmen
Overall - Madmen
Winner - Madmen

Well this one really won't be much but will be a nice bye week for Madmen to prep again for an Eagles team that will want revenge. FOB beats the CPU's.. that's about it, sorry guys. Look for another solid performance on both sides of the ball for Madmen as the rout FOB.

#3 Eagles vs. #6 Limpers

Rushing - O: Eagles D: Eagles
Passing - O: Eagles D: Eagles
Special Teams - Eagles
Overall - Eagles
Winner - Eagles

This one is a little bit better then #2/#7 game, but not to much. Limpers showed they have potential as a staff, and will be a good team in seasons to come, but they're still behind the curve this season. They did make the Top 10 late in the season, but more because of lack of options then anything else. Eagles on the other hand have been extremely good all season with only 2 losses to, you guessed it, the 2 teams seeded higher then them. Looking foward for the Eagles, they're going to have to rely heavily on the stud back in order to get deep into the playoffs. They're also going to need to have a better performance on the D side as Madmen were able to put up some big yards on the ground last week against them.

East
----

#1 Linces vs. #8 Retards

Rushing - O: Linces D: Linces
Passing - O: Linces D: Linces
Special Teams - Linces
Overall - Linces
Winner - Linces

Well this one isn't going to be a challenge for the clearly dominant team of the East. Yes they have a loss to the Crabs, but I see them as a completely different team from that game to now. Since that they've destroyed anyone that has played them. The Linces playoff run will depend on the continued performance of their 2 top backs. They need to be consistent and put up some good yards for Linces to make it far. Linces defense is also going to keep playing strong. They're definitely a tough team to crack for the opposing offense as they've allowed the fewest passing yards and 2nd fewest rushing yards per game.

#4 Creed vs. #5 Punishers

Rushing - O: Punishers D: Punishers
Passing - O: Punishers D: Punishers
Special Teams - Punishers
Overall - Punishers
Winner - Punishers

Well this would have been a great match up, that is if Creed wouldn't have quit on themselves and cleared their roster. As a tip to Creed, anything can happen come playoffs. Think when my gold team was promoted/won the championship we were a 2 or 3 seed, with MMD and other teams that were supposed to "win for sure" in the brackets. It's a rather sally move to just give up, but I understand you wanted to just prep for next season, understandable I guess. Ok, rant off. Let's get to the team that counts in this one. Punishers, as predicted kind of folded towards the end of the season and when they actually had to play some real teams giving up 3 games in a row. That being said, don't think that they can't be anyone if the other team looks past them. They have a decent defense, and can move the ball on the ground, but are really going to need some production from their back. This could be interesting for them, we'll see where it goes.

#2 Crabs vs. #7 Suck

Rushing - O: Crabs D: Crabs
Passing - O: Crabs D: Crabs
Special Team - Crabs
Overall - Crabs
Winner - Crabs

Well another 1st round sleeper here. Crabs will have this game pretty easily as Suck still can't control the D which means disaster. Crabs are solid on both sides of the ball, be it passing or running, and have really emerged as a solid #2 in the East. Their offense has been solid all season, but their defense has really come to play recently. They'll have to keep that trend going to get far.

#3 Bay Area vs. #6Autobots

Rushing - O: Bay D: Bay
Passing - O: Bay D: Bay
Special Teams - Bay
Overall - Bay
Winner - Bay

Well this is actually a some what decent, but still one sided game. Bay Area finished the season strong with a good win over the Punishers. They as most teams in PW rely on a good running game to carry the team. Even though they do have the defensive advantage in this one, they're going to need to really pick it up next game if they want to get any further. They do have a rather impressive return team, but are going to have to limit what the other team does a bit more as well.

Playoff Prediction
------------------------

Round 1
--------------------
#1 GLB over #8 JcJ's
#2 Madmen over #7 FOB
#3 Ealges over #6 Limpers
#4 Camaros over #5 Raiders

#1 Linces over #8 Retards
#2 Crabs over #7 Suck
#3 Bay Area over #6 Autobots
#5 Punishers over #4 Creed

Round 2
---------------------
#1 GLB over #4 Camaros
#2 Madmen over #3 Eagles

#1 Linces over #5 Punishers
#2 Crabs over #3 Bay Area

Conference Championship
--------------------------------------
#1 GLB over #2 Madmen

#1 Linces over #2 Crabs

Championship
---------------------
#1W GLB over #1E Linces

There are some games where I was definitely on the fence about. 1st round West match up between the Camaros and Raiders is definitely one of these. Camaros have the most recent win on there side, but did Raiders go all out is the question. Power rankings say Raiders were better last week, but its still close again this week. In my eyes I'd be more worried about Camaros then Raiders though. Eagles/Madmen 2nd round game is really tough to call. Did Ealges show everything they had? Do they have something up their sleeves? We'll see. East is a bit more clear cut as the competition just isn't as good as the West, sorry guys. I thought a good hour as I've been putting this together as to who would win the rematch between Crabs/Linces. Linces have been strong, but just have a feeling that Linces only loss could be repeated if they're not careful.

The championship is going to be a good one either way, but think GLB has just a bit to much for either of the West teams to handle (yes I may be biased, but from what I've seen so far I feel comfortable saying it).

Good luck to everyone! Let's get this party started!

Well son of a ... it's not letting the brackets that I spent forever on show up correctly, but I'll be trying to fix it and make it look correct. Hopefully you get the idea.

Well I did have a nice pretty bracket that looked good, but didn't convert well so just simplified it. As I put in there, there are definitely some games I was on the fence about. Your team for example, if the D you play doesn't contain that rhino juicing mofo in the backfield it will go south quick for them. I explained all the others above. Enjoy.

Also, my predictions are by the numbers and stats for the brackets. Personal belief even though I hate to admit it, Crabs upset Linces. Don't know what, just feel it.

Yeah pretty sure we can pull the whole thing off liamm. I really REALLY hate picking my own team to win it all, but I haven't seen anyone else step up to prove me wrong so I'm sticking to it. We shall see though, it won't be easy for any team after the 1st round.

Thanks for doing this, it is a great read, and honestly, didn't think we would make the playoffs, nor have we actually gameplanned for any of the games, so with that said, I guess there is no better time to gameplan, time to get to work and see what we can do against a very good opponent. -Naka

I'm hoping we give Bay Area a nice challenge. We had a close game during the regular season (17-7) so we'll see what happens.

My best lesson this season was when you defeated us in our third game

yeah they will if we can get most our guys to boost. from the looks of it the 2nd round might be alot easier for GLB than we previously thought. (maybe)
