I made a big mistakes in early lvl 1~10 by spending SPs...
now I'm saving up the SPs...

you have made a couple mistakes including spending SPs on SAs. also im assuming speed is not 3rd capped and you have moved on to agility. hes probably hit his prime so a retirement seems to be looming

I wouldn't say you've made tremendous mistakes putting your SP's into SA's. You've got 2 in Super Vision. I'd push your natural speed up to 68 ASAP while getting your vision up to 48 ASAP. That'll help you put that Super Vision to good use.

Bottom line is I just looked at a build who had 0 in SA, 74 speed and 60+ agility. He had 2 tackels 0 Ints and 2 PD's on the year. I'd say your stats don't lie.
