Definitely bump Spd/Agi up to the 68 cap natural first. Then work to get vision there, or at least 60. I'm also a fan of going to the 74 cap for spd/agi, but those points can be spread around a little bit if you wanted to save them for elsewhere. However, since you've already put several points into SAs, wasting the points by pushing speed/agility to the 5:1 cap may not be too fruitful by the time you hit those values. The natural gains won't be as helpful compared to if you capped them when you were still in your teens or low 20s for lvl.
