I want to build a full O-Line out of my own chars for my pee-wee team, then will get a new minors team and retain them as the core to my OL. Since rushing is more effective than passing for the first 2-3 seasons, I need them to be mainly pro-rushing. I am a fan of power backs, so wont need a lot of speed early, mainly inside rushing. How should I build them?

I know there are a lot of guides out there, but they all seem to differ some. My initial thoughts are...

Get a roll with a max strength and decent blocking. For the first season, I will normal train Strength until just before the 1st regular season game. At that point, I will switch to intense training Blocking-Agility and use any SP's to bring Strength up to the 2nd cap. Once there, I will switch my SP's into Agility and start to intense train Speed-Stamina. By the end of the first season, I hope to have Strength at or above the 2nd cap and have Agility approaching the 1st cap, Blocking in the 30's, and Speed-Stamina in the 20's. Not sure if this will pan out, but it's an approx target.

For the 2nd season, I will bring Agility up to the 1st cap, then work on Blocking to the same, all while continuing to intense train Speed-Stamina. From there, not sure where I will go, and will need to work Vision in, but I think this is a good first two season plan of attack. Please let me know if I am on the right target, or should make some adjustments to my plan, or if I am way off.

What you should know BEFORE starting an o-line player

Above is a very good guide.

Personally I am finding myself taking strength to 68 first, Blocking to 74 and agility to 74 on most my O line builds now. Generally strength to 68 first works well. By the time you take blocking to 74 strength is past 74 for Gs and Cs. So this works out very well. I have a very good OT build but I still am not 100% sure about the most efficient method of building a great OT.
