I have an LOT lvl 26 and just rolled these two pieces of equipment....

+3 Agility and +1 Foundation

or

+2 Blocking and +1 Pancake

Which one should I take??? both blocking and agility are at the same natural of 60.6 and his custom equipment is on the pass blocking tree

1st one is better. But if you aren't putting anything into the Run Block tree (you shouldn't be), the second one is good since you wouldn't be getting it otherwise. Even in that case I'd rather find a Get Low piece.

Yeah, I personally would not want the pancake piece, but Foundation is great and the +3 to agility is fantastic as well.

geez that first piece is pretty damn good.

First piece is as good as it gets.

Pancakes are a joke. Don't touch the SA. Ever. Making your base build better, even on the minor attributes, has more value than pancakes.

K thanks I was thinking more of the first one too cause I could have plus 7 agility after it is upgraded....

Agility doesn't go up automatically. You add what you want.

Yeah but being a LOT I am going to need agility so it will be at +7 after its upgraded

Why are you calling the guy a noob? When you upgrade you can raise an attribute. He'll be able to upgrade it 4 times. 4+3=7. I'm only putting that math equation in there to show you what was clear bjensen23 knew and you didn't.

what about 2+ blocking and 1+ shock block for and OT is shock block even worth putting points into

Pancake seems to be pretty good on a Center.
But on a LOT I had pancake didnt get any switched it to a cut block piece now I'm 3rd in league in pancakes being about 8 levels under the average of the top 10.

Some people love it since it gives you a much better passing game with it, but others realize the tipping scale on the oline against the dline with the running game and would rather have something that always works.

Well... why would anyone add another 4 agility if he already got 3 by AEQ. Why go for second best?

Strength and blocking is the way to go for equipment. Agility is second choice (but close).

If build right, an OT will have by level 50 something like:

strength 78
blocking 78
agility 78 (+3 by AEQ)

So why get points in agility? Just add those 34 gear points in strength and blocking - where they are needed.

...unless you think you HAVE to add agility because the AEQ piece came along with it.

instead of starting a new thread i thought i'd post here. as far as SA's go on an AEQ would you rather have Foundation or Cut Block for a LT??

I have the Foundation piece currently but am wondering if i should make the swap to Cut Block as it sounds like it may be great against the high AGI DE's i may be facing. that is to go with my Protector piece. I'm also looking into a 3rd piece soon and need to decide where to go

my LT is sitting at 70STR 99BLK at lv35
