we all know that RRR is a damn good team and most likely one of the top two or three teams in the league. Unfortunately these scripts take into account the SoS and that is where Lion conference teams are going to take a hit. MY own Team is ranked 10 and I am not entirely sure that we are the 10th best team in the league. I think we are good but I am not sure we are a top 10 team. We are getting a bit of a break at this point because we have had a fairly rough schedule to start. In fact The Food Mongers are one of the last "Elite" teams we have to face and we have them for our next opponent.

Yes well I think its the script as our SoS is .020 and .010 away from Ivory Coast and Ethiopia, yet have 2 less losses then them.

Also look at the week 6 rankings, we had a better SoS .417 compared to Ethiopia and Ivory Coast's .389, had a better record and better rankings, yet RRR was 8th and they were 3 and 5 respectfully.

where is this script? Can someone point it out to me?


It's taking into account the pre-season and we didn't have 4 of our contributors in place. I'll accept 16th or 17th...20th come on.

Banky has already said that he turned off the pre-season option. I ran the script with only the regular season games meaning anything and all other options turned off. It came up exactly as banky posted.

These things are always going to be flawed and are really just there for conversations sake anyway but if you are interested in doing youre own ranking here is the script for you.

do not let them bother you banky. I find them interesting. The system the script uses may be somewhat flawed but this is a game after all and these rankings do provide some insight and an opportunity for some discussion.

I can understand where you are coming from, and for what its worth I appreciated the read and you posting these.

I also appreciate you posting them, the fact the script is perfect doesn't take away from it. Nice to have at least one thread in our league each week to check out!
