Is he going to be a LG or a RG?
If LG, then CE and 2 pieces of equipment into strength, 1 piece into blocking, 1 piece into agility
If RG then CE and 2 pieces of equipment into strength, 1 piece blocking, the other piece either strength, blocking or possibly speed if team likes to run a lot of screens and pitches.
If LG, then CE and 2 pieces of equipment into strength, 1 piece into blocking, 1 piece into agility
