About to level up, get used as a mixture of pass rush and coverage ROLB ..... where should i place my next 5 SP's and EQ

obviously you know what you are doing with this solid build.

I would pick a 3rd attribute to focus on now and I assume it would be Vision. So i would definitely invest more points into vision to get it to the 2nd cap.

I also would leave EQ alone unless you have Advance EQ that can be upgraded.
